【Library News】On-Campus Free Library Card Application Event.

Dear Teachers, Colleagues, and Students,

To encourage our faculty, staff, and students to make full use of the abundant collections and diverse services offered by the National Library of Public Information (NLPI), NCHU Library is collaborating with the NLPI to hold the "On-Campus Free Library Card Application Event."

This is a limited-time, on-site service where you can apply and receive your library card on the spot!

• Over 1 Million Books & E-books: Access a wide array of printed books, popular novels, and digital databases.
• AI Personal Reading Lists: Discover new reading experiences with AI-powered recommendations.
• Facility Reservations: Reserve study rooms, group discussion rooms, and audiovisual zones.
• Family Reading Experience: Enjoy activities at the Children’s Learning Center for parent-child interaction.

• Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Venue: 1st Floor Lobby, NCHU Library

2. Application Guidelines & Steps

1. Pre-register Online (To speed up the on-site process):
2. Please fill out your application in advance on the OnePass Integrated Platform.
3. Bring One of the Following Original Valid Documents:
   • R.O.C. Citizens: National ID card or Driver’s license.
   • International Faculty & Students: Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), Passport, or Valid Entry/Exit Permit.
4. Verification & Card Integration:
5. Collect your card immediately after verification. You can use the NLPI library card directly, or link it to your EasyCard, Student ID, or iPASS for extra convenience!
