Good day, everyone:

The Application System Development Division of theComputer and Information Network Center 
plans to conduct the following two tasks on November 1st, 2026 (Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM:
1. Backup drill for the School Administration Database and Information System (9:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
2. Database and Storage software update (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM)

During this time, the School Administration System and related services for the Single Sign-in School Administration System will be suspended.

If any information systems are affected, please issue an announcement or notify relevant personnel in advance.

I. This message will be posted on the school's homepage activity announcement. Information regarding the actual completion time and resumption of operation
   will be adjusted and updated  as needed based on the actual situation on the day.

II. For staff members affected by online attendance checks for work arrival/departure or overtime,
    please follow the instructions in the Personnel Office's online attendance system announcement (or contact Personnel Office personnel).

III. Systems expected to be affected and experiencing service suspensions include:

IV. Administrative personnel or managers of each system should, based on their respective business situations,...
    The system downtime information will be announced at the entry points of each system or on relevant web pages.
