課程概述：This course is designed to introduce practical innovation methods in the context of lean startup. Design thinking methodology & techniques, the Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, Customer Discovery, and Lean Startup will be discussed and integrated into a coherent framework to facilitating the creation of business innovations and to bringing the innovative products or services to the marketplace. Cases and hand-on exercises will be used to deepen the learning experiences.
