  1. 申請方式：欲申請計畫者，請至衛生福利部官方網站 ( https://www.mohw.gov.tw/ )查閱徵求資訊，並請於113年12月10日前將申請計畫書一式8份及相關文件送計畫業務組備函辦理，逾期不予受理。

How to apply: Those who want to apply for the project, please go to the official website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (https://www.mohw.gov.tw/) to check the solicitation information, and please submit eight copies of the application plan and related documents before December 10, 2024. The documents will be sent to the planning business team for processing. Overdue documents will not be accepted.
