國立中興大學 友善校園人權環境指標調查問卷/National Chung Hsing University Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment Indicator Survey

本校配合教育部進行113年大專院校友善校園人權環境指標調查，抽取校內部分教職員生施測，懇請收到問卷的師生、同仁協助填寫，您的回饋將有助於學校檢視校園氛圍與擬定具體的人權改善措施！
為感謝您的撥冗填寫，完整填寫並送出問卷者將發送超商電子禮券新臺幣100元兌換碼（無須抽獎，兌換碼預計於12月底以電子郵件寄送）。

問卷調查期間：自113年11月22日～113年12月18日截止。

Our university is cooperating with the Ministry of Education to conduct the 113th year of the university-friendly campus human rights environment indicator survey. A sample of faculty, staff, and students will be surveyed. We kindly request the faculty, staff, and students who receive the survey to assist by filling it out. Your feedback will help the university assess the campus atmosphere and develop concrete human rights improvement measures!
As a token of appreciation for your time in completing the survey, participants who complete and submit the survey will receive an electronic voucher for NT$100 (no lottery required; the voucher code will be sent via email by the end of December).
