【公告】雲端軟體服務下載問題

公告：

近期接獲部分瀏覽器無法下載服務反映，經確認可能因google安全憑證政策近期調整關係，需近一步確認處理。

如需下載使用可先用edge並注意點選下圖紅框1、2處"保留下載"


另外若使用chrome，請對欲下載檔案點選右鍵並點選下圖"紅框處另存檔案"


此外safari因政策問題無法開放給部門使用，請避免使用該瀏覽器進行服務
不便之處還請見諒。

Announcement:

We have recently received reports that some browsers are unable to download the service. Upon verification, this issue may be related to recent adjustments in Google's security certificate policy and requires further confirmation and resolution.

If you need to download the service, please use Microsoft Edge and make sure to click on the areas marked 1 and 2 in the red box in the image below to "Keep Download".

Additionally, if you are using Chrome, please right-click on the file you wish to download and select "Save As" in the red-boxed area shown in the image below.

 

Furthermore, Safari is unavailable for department use due to policy restrictions. Please avoid using this browser for the service.
