| 申辦方式： 「線上申辦」方式，由被推薦人至「行政院傑出科技貢獻獎線上系統」，(網址：https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx )，填寫並上傳推薦資料，逾期送達或資料不齊全者，不予受理。 ※如欲請校長推薦申請者，請填寫校內推薦表(如附件)，併同傑出科技貢獻獎推薦書各1份於114年3月28日(星期五)下午5時前送至研發處學術組彙整(請勿裝訂)，俟專簽簽請校長同意推薦並簽章用印後，資料檢還申請者逕自行上傳至線上申請系統。 |
Application Method: Applications must be submitted online by the nominee via the "Executive Yuan Outstanding Contribution to Science and Technology Award Online System" (Website: https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx ). The nominee must complete the required forms and upload the necessary documents. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted. ※ If an applicant wishes to be recommended by the university president, they must complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and submit it along with one copy of the "Outstanding Contribution to Science and Technology Award Recommendation Form" to the Academic Division of the Office of Research and Development before 5:00 PM on March 28, 2025 (Friday). (Please do not bind the documents.) After the president’s approval and official signing, the documents will be returned to the applicant for online submission. |
