在表單中，申請人須提供至少一篇代表作或專利（限2021年2月以後，最多五篇）。填寫其代表作或專利之1.網路連結，2.作者，3.著作名稱，4.期刊名稱、卷(期)頁次與出版年份，5. (非必要，但請盡量提供，可部分提供)期刊專業領域、 排名/期刊總數、影響係數及引用次數。
以外，表單將要求您上傳您的學術履歷，其中需包含下列資訊：1.個人學術簡歷，2.發表著作列表(請勿附上著作全文)，3.未來研究規劃，4.三位推薦人資訊(申請時不用寄送推薦信)，5.教學規劃。

Faculty Positions in Department of Physics National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taichung, Taiwan
The Department of Physics is inviting applications for a faculty position at all ranks, starting in February 2026. The position requires a Ph.D. in physics or a related field. Applicants are required to complete the application form and upload all necessary materials by May 9, 2025, via the following link:

In the form, applicants must provide at least one representative work or patent (after February 2021, up to a maximum of five). For each representative work or patent, please include:

1. Web link
2. Author(s)
3. Title of the work
4. Journal name, volume(issue), page numbers, and publication year
5. (Optional, but please provide as much as possible, and partial information is acceptable) Journal's field of expertise, ranking/total number of journals, impact factor, and citation count.

Additionally, the form will require you to upload your academic CV, which should include the following information:

1. Personal academic resume
2. List of published works (please do not attach full texts)
3. Future research plan
4. Information for three referees (recommendation letters are not required at the time of application)
5. Teaching plan.
