行政單位滿意度調查~填問卷抽大獎! NCHU Satisfaction Survey

　　為了解全校教職員工生對各行政單位的服務滿意程度，並廣泛蒐集相關改善意見，特辦理「114年度行政單位服務滿意度評量」，以提升服務品質。您的意見使興大更進步，誠摯邀請您填寫問卷！本問卷填答資料只作整體分析之用，請就您的實際感受安心填答，感謝您的參與。

【參加對象】全校教職員工及學生
【抽獎活動】完成3個單位問卷有1次抽獎機會，完成6個單位問卷有2次抽獎機會，完成9個單位以上問卷有3次抽獎機會。
