| 校內截止日及申請方式： 本獎項符合資格申請者，如欲由學校推薦，請填寫校內推薦表(如附件)，併同完整報名資料及推薦表1份(紙本，請勿裝訂)於114年6月23日(一)下午5時前送達研發處學術組彙整，俟專簽簽請校長同意推薦並簽章用印後，資料檢還申請者於114年6月30日(一)前完成線上報名，並請將紙本推薦表正本乙份逕寄至台灣企業永續獎秘書處，日期以郵戳為憑。 |
The internal deadline and How to apply: If you are eligible for this award and wish to be recommended by the university, please fill out the University Recommendation Form (attached) and submit it along with all required application materials and one hard copy of the recommendation form (unbound) to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025. After the documents are reviewed and signed by the university president, they will be returned to you. You must then complete the online application by Monday, June 30, 2025, and send the original hard copy of the recommendation form directly to the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards Secretariat. The postmark date will be used as proof of submission. |
