申請資格：
1.戶籍設於國內之中華民國國民。
2.博士班且在學一年以上。
3.兩位教授推薦(其中1位必須為臺灣指導教授)
4.V4國家教授同意指導
5.未曾接受國科會「補助博士生赴國外研究作業要點（千里馬計畫）」
6. 在學役男之申請案，最長不得逾一年。		 Eligibility Requirements:
1.Taiwanese nationals.
2.PhD students enrolled for over one year.
3.Two professor recommendations (one must be the Taiwan advisor).
4.Acceptance from a V4 country professor as advisor.
5.Not previously funded by NSTC's Overseas PhD Research Program ("千里馬計畫").
6.For male students with military service obligations, the stay abroad must not exceed one year.

補助項目：
交通費、生活費及旅途平安保險費，每年（12個月）新臺幣 90 萬元		 Funding Coverage:
Travel expenses, living allowance, and travel insurance — up to NT$900,000 per year (12 months).
