申請資格：
1.具台灣國籍且年齡未滿50歲(1976年4月2日後出生)
2.已取得博士學位
3.已獲日本大學或研究機構錄取通知
4.具備日常日文溝通能力
 
二、招募人數；台灣地區2人。
 
四、補助項目
1.機票費：70,000日元
2.生活費：140,000日元/月
3.保險費：50,000日元
4.住宿津貼；50,000日元/月
 
五、申請方式：申請資料(限以英文或日文撰寫)請郵寄至中華民國扶輪米山會。

  1. Applicants must be citizens of Taiwan and under the age of 50 (born after April 2, 1976).
  2. Must hold a doctoral degree.
  3. Must have received an official acceptance letter from university or research institution in Japan.
  4. Basic Japanese language ability required.
Number of Awardees:
2 applicants (Taiwan).
Funding Details:
  1. Airfare: JPY 70,000
  2. Living allowance: JPY 140,000/month
  3. Insurance: JPY 50,000
  4. Housing allowance: JPY 50,000/month
Application Method:
All application materials (written in English or Japanese) sent by post to the Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
