地點：成功報名者，將於 114 年 12 月 5 日(五)下午收到成大倫審會教育訓練聯絡人寄發的課程通知信，
內容包含線上課程與測驗連結、系統登入帳號密碼、課程影片觀看密碼。		 Venue: Participants who successfully register will receive a course notification email on the afternoon of December 5 (Fri), 2025, from the NCKU Research Ethics Review Education & Training contact. The email will include the online course link, test link, login account and password, and the video access password.

Registration Period:
From 1:00 PM on November 24, 2025 (Monday) until midnight on November 30, 2025 (Sunday), or until all spots are filled.
時數證明取得：
  1. 請於課程開放時間內（即 114 年 12 月 8 日至 114 年 12 月 14 日）完成觀看課程與測驗，截止後將關閉課程觀看與答題權限。
  2. 請使用系統登入帳號密碼進入課程頁面，輸入影片觀看密碼，開始上課。
  3. 課程觀看完畢後，請點入課程頁面下方的「課程滿意度」與「課程測驗」連結，予以回應。
  4. 本次課程開放期間共可測驗 3 次，測驗題目共 10 題，1 題 10 分，總計 100 分。測驗成績將統一於 114 年 12 月 15 日開始彙整，測驗分數達 80 分者，將獲得教育訓練證明 3 小時，於課程結束後兩週內以 email 方式寄發。未完成題目或未達 80 分者，恕不發放時數證明。
 Completion Certificate Requirements:
  1. Please complete the course viewing and test between December 8 and December 14, 2025. After the deadline, access to the course videos and test will be closed.
  2. Use your login account and password to access the course page and enter the video password to begin the course.
  3. After completing the course, please click on the “Course Satisfaction Survey” and “Course Test” links at the bottom of the course page to respond.
  4. Participants may take the test up to three times during the course period. The test consists of 10 questions, each worth 10 points, for a total of 100 points. Scores will be compiled starting December 15, 2025. Those who score 80 or above will receive a 3-hour training certificate via email within two weeks after the course ends. Certificates will not be issued to participants who do not complete the test or do not reach the 80-point requirement.
本校教研人員全程參與課程並取得研習證明者，可將證明文件影本送至研發處學術組備查，得採計為本校學術倫理研習時數。 Faculty and researchers of National Chung Hsing University who complete the course and obtain a certificate may submit a copy to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development for academic ethics training credit.
