Internal Deadline: If a presidential recommendation is required, please complete the internal recommendation form (attached) and follow the internal recommendation procedures. The application materials (hard copies, unbound) must be submitted to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development by 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2026. After the President approves the recommendation, the Office will send the hard copies and email the electronic files to the organizer. |
