各位電子郵件使用者大家好:
本校教職員和學生電子郵件系統及郵件歸檔系統將進行安全性更新,作業期間將停止服務,造成不便之處敬請見諒。
停機時間:
2025/11/26(三)18:00~20:00
(視作業進度開放服務,進度將於學校首頁最新消息公告)
影響範圍:
教職員(@dragon.nchu.edu.tw, @nchu.edu.tw) 及學生(@mail.nchu.edu.tw)電子郵件服務、郵件歸檔系統(Mailbase)服務,
停機時間將暫時停止收發信服務(POP3,IMAP,SMTP) 、WebMail登入服務、郵件歸檔系統登入服務。
(服務停止時間寄入您信箱的信,將進入暫存區,不會遺失)

Dear Email Users:
Our faculty and student email system and mail archiving system will be undergoing a security update. Service will be suspended during the update period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Downtime:
November 26, 2025 (Wednesday) 18:00~20:00
(Service will resume depending on the progress of the update; updates will be announced on the school's homepage.)
Affected Areas:
Faculty and staff (@dragon.nchu.edu.tw, @nchu.edu.tw) and student(@mail.nchu.edu.tw) email system and mail archiving system (Mailbase) services will be temporarily suspended.
During the downtime, sending and receiving emails (POP3, IMAP, SMTP), WebMail login, and mail archiving system login will be temporarily unavailable.
(Emails sent to your inbox during the downtime will be temporarily stored and will not be lost.)
