  1. 訊息內容：轉知環境部訂定之「環境影響評估審查坡地礦區殘壁階段標準」、「高爾夫球場開發環境影響評估審議規範」、「陸上土石採取環境影響評估審議規範」、「住宅社區開發環境影響評估審議規範」、「工業區開發環境影響評估審議規範」、「文教、醫療建設開發環境影響評估審議規範」、「石油、石油產品貯存槽設置環境影響評估審議規範」自即日停止適用。
  1. Content: The following standards established by the Ministry of Environment are hereby notified: "Standards for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Residual Walls in Slope Mining Areas", "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Golf Course Development", "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Onshore Soil and Rock Extraction", "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Residential Community Development", "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Industrial Zone Development", "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Educational and Medical Construction and Development", and "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Review of Petroleum and Petroleum Product Storage Tank Installation". These standards shall cease to be applicable immediately.
