  1. 申請方式：欲申請計畫者，請至衛生福利部官方網站 ( https://www.mohw.gov.tw/ )之公告訊息區下載。並請於115年1月20日上午10時前將申請計畫書一式9份及相關文件送計畫業務組備函辦理，逾期不予受理。
  1. How to apply: Those wishing to apply for the program should download the application form from the announcement section of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's official website (https://www.mohw.gov.tw/). Please submit eight copies of the application form and related documents to the Program Affairs Division for processing by 10:00 AM on January 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
