  1. 申請方式：
  • 請先上網登錄註冊取得帳號，至線上申請作業系統撰寫並上傳計畫書及相關附件。
  • 檢送取得送件編號Serial Number的Form Section 11 - Certificate of Agreement for the Application 1份及CDG推薦信3封(僅申請CDG者需檢附)、彩色圖片6份(有需要者)至計畫業務組
  1. How to apply:
  • Register online to create an account.Complete and upload the proposal and related attachments to the online application system.
  • Please submit one copy of Form Section 11 – Certificate of Agreement for the Application bearing the assigned submission Serial Number, along with three letters of recommendation for the CDG program (required only for CDG applicants), and six color images (if applicable) to the DPA.
