各位電子郵件使用者大家好:
本校教職員和學生電子郵件系統將進行安全性更新,作業期間將停止服務,造成不便之處敬請見諒。
停機時間:
2026/01/19(一)18:00~20:00
(視作業進度開放服務,進度將於學校首頁最新消息公告)
影響範圍:
教職員(@dragon.nchu.edu.tw, @nchu.edu.tw) 及學生(@mail.nchu.edu.tw)電子郵件服務,
停機時間將暫時停止收發信服務(POP3,IMAP,SMTP) 及 WebMail登入服務。
(服務停止時間寄入您信箱的信,將進入暫存區,不會遺失)

Our faculty and student email system will be undergoing a security update. Service will be suspended during the update period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Downtime:
January 19, 2026 (Monday) 18:00~20:00
(The service will be available depending on the progress of the assignments. The progress will be announced in the latest news section on the NCHU website.)
Affected Areas:
Faculty and staff (@dragon.nchu.edu.tw, @nchu.edu.tw) and student(@mail.nchu.edu.tw) email system services will be temporarily suspended.
During the downtime, sending and receiving emails (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) and WebMail login will be temporarily unavailable.
(Emails sent to your inbox during the downtime will be temporarily stored and will not be lost.)
