一、申請資格：人文與社會科學領域之全職博士生，於申請截止日前已取得博士候選人資格並由就讀系所出具證明者。(預計115年7月31日前畢業者，請勿申請)

二、獎勵期間：115年8月1日至116年7月31日止。獲獎人如於獎勵期間提前畢業，則後續獎勵金不得繼續支領。

三、申請須知：
  (一)申請人務必至國科會「學術研發服務網」線上製作及
       上傳申請資料。
  (二)指導教授亦須進入國科會「學術研發服務網」審閱申請
       資料，並於115年3月23日(週一)下午5時前完成上傳
     「指導教授初評意見表」。

四、作業要點及各類表單詳見國科會網頁。		 I. Eligibility:
Full-time doctoral students in the Humanities and Social Sciences who have obtained doctoral candidacy status by the application deadline and can provide certification issued by their department or institute.
(Those expected to graduate by July 31, 2024, are not eligible to apply.)
II. Award Period:
From August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
 III. Application Guidelines:
  1. Applicants must prepare and upload all application materials online via the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal.
  2. The advisor must also log in to the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal to review the application materials and upload the Advisor’s Preliminary Evaluation Form by 5:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026.
