| 申請方式： 「線上申辦」方式，由被推薦人至「行政院傑出科技貢獻獎線上系統」，(網址：https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx )，填寫並上傳推薦資料，逾期送達或資料不齊全者，不予受理。 |
Application Method: Applications must be submitted online by the nominee via the “Executive Yuan Outstanding Science and Technology Contribution Award Online System” (Website: https://wdrap.nstc.gov.tw/IRAPortal/home/Home.aspx). Applicants are required to complete the forms and upload all recommendation materials through the system. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will not be accepted. |
| 校內截止日：115年3月30日(一)下午5時前。 如欲申請由校長推薦者，請填寫校內推薦表（如附件），並連同申請資料於校內截止日前送交研發處學術組彙整（請勿裝訂）。俟專簽簽請校長同意推薦並簽章用印後，資料檢還申請者逕自上傳至線上申請系統。 |
Internal Deadline: March 30, 2026 (Mon.) at 5:00 PM. Applicants seeking nomination by the University President must complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and submit it together with the required application materials to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by the internal deadline (no binding required). After internal administrative approval and official endorsement by the President, the documents will be returned to the applicant for upload to the online application system. |
