網頁（https://award.ttlbf.org.tw/ ）申請帳號及填寫報名表單，並於4月15日前（含當日，郵戳為憑），將推薦書正本以掛號郵寄至本會，始完成申請程序。		 Application Method:
Applications must be submitted online.

) to register for an account and complete the application form. In addition, the original copy of the recommendation letter must be sent by registered mail to the Foundation by April 15, 2026 (inclusive; postmark date will be regarded as the proof of submission) in order to complete the application process.
校內截止日：115年4月10日(五)下午5時前。
如欲申請由校長推薦者，請填寫校內推薦表（如附件），並連同申請資料於校內截止日前送交研發處學術組彙整（請勿裝訂）。俟專簽簽請校長同意推薦並簽章用印後，辦理函寄。		 Internal Deadline:
April 10, 2026 (Fri.) at 5:00 PM.
Applicants seeking nomination by the University President must complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and submit it together with the required application materials to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by the internal deadline (no binding required).
 
After internal administrative review, the University will prepare an official submission upon obtaining approval and signature from the University President.
