接獲教育部通知，適逢開學期間全台學術網路（TANet）使用量激增，目前連往國際之頻寬已接近負載上限。相關資訊如下：

• 影響時間： 即刻起至今日（2/23）17:00 止。

• 影響範圍： 部分連往「國外」的網站、學術資料庫或雲端服務，連線速度可能較慢或有延遲現象。

在上述時段內，若師生存取國外資源感覺不順暢，建請稍後再試。目前校內連線及國內學術資源存取均不受影響，教育部維運中心正持續觀察並密切注意使用狀況。

[Notice] Network Traffic Alert for International Connectivity during the Start of Semester

Dear Faculty and Students,

According to the Ministry of Education (MOE), due to a significant surge in network usage across the Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) at the beginning of the semester, international bandwidth is currently reaching its maximum capacity. Please find the details below:

• Effective Period: From now until 17:00 today (Feb 23).

• Impacted Services: Users may experience slower speeds or latency when accessing international websites, academic databases, or cloud services.

If you encounter difficulties accessing overseas resources during this period, we suggest trying again later. Please note that on-campus connections and access to domestic academic resources remain unaffected. The MOE Operations Center is closely monitoring the situation.
