校內申請截止時間：請欲由學校推薦申請者，填寫校內推薦表(如附件)，併同推薦書及申請相關資料各1份(紙本，請勿裝訂)於2026年3月16日(一)下午5時前送至研發處學術組彙整，俟簽請校長同意推薦及用印後，資料檢還申請者於申請期限2026年3月19日(四)前逕自傳送至主辦單位電郵信箱(HWHE@accesspartnership.com)。 The internal deadline:
Applicants seeking university endorsement must complete the internal recommendation form (attached) and submit one printed copy (unbound) of the recommendation letter and other application materials to the Academic Affairs Section of the Research and Development Office by 5:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026. After obtaining the President's approval and official endorsement, the documents will be returned to the applicant, who must then submit them directly to the organizer via email (HWHE@accesspartnership.com) before the application deadline on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
