| 校內截止日： 如欲由學校推薦申請者，請填寫校內推薦表(如附檔)，並連同提名推薦確認單及相關資料文件等(紙本，請勿裝訂)於115年6月22日(一)下午5時前送達研發處學術組彙整，電子檔(word格式)請另電子郵件傳送至vmlab@nchu.edu.tw，俟專簽簽請鈞長同意推薦及用印後，辦理函寄基金會。 |
Internal Deadline: Applicants seeking nomination by the University are required to complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and submit it together with the recommendation letter and all required application materials (hard copies, please do not bind) to the Academic Development Division, Office of Research and Development, by 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2026, for consolidation. Electronic files (in Word format) should be sent separately via email to vmlab@nchu.edu.tw. After obtaining approval through the official endorsement process and affixation of the University seal, the application will be formally submitted to the Foundation. |
