為了更加瞭解國立中興大學永續績效，邀請您針對問卷中，興大「校務治理」、「環境治理」、「社會參與」每項議題勾選您的關心程度，作為本校發行永續報告書資訊揭露依據，以及永續發展治理努力的方向。
本份問卷資料僅供本校永續報告書利害關係人關注重大議題分析研究之用，個別問卷資料及個資絕不對外公開，敬請安心填答。
We invite you to select the scope of your concerns in “University Governance,” “Environmental Governance,” and “Social Participation” of National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) to help us understand NCHU’s sustainability performance.
This information will be used as the basis for information disclosures in NCHU’s sustainability report, and will provide the direction for future efforts in sustainable development and governance.
The data collected by this questionnaire will only be used for research and analysis of material topics of concern to stakeholders in NCHU’s sustainability report. Individual questionnaires and personal data will not be disclosed. Please feel free to answer the questionnaire.

Respondents who fill out a questionnaire before April 30, 2026 (Thursday) will be able to take part in the lucky draw.
