各位使用者大家好:
本校教職員及學生電子郵件相關系統將進行系統安全性及SSL憑證更新，作業期間將停止服務，造成不便之處敬請見諒。
時間：
2026/06/8(一)12:00 ~ 12:50 已於13:10完成更新
(視作業進度開放服務，進度將於學校首頁最新消息公告)
影響範圍：
教職員電子郵件(@dragon.nchu.edu.tw,@nchu.edu.tw ) 及學生電子郵件(@mail.nchu.edu.tw)將短暫停止收發信服務(POP3,IMAP,SMTP) 及WebMail登入服務，
另外，郵件歸檔系統也停止登入服務。
(服務停止時間寄入您信箱的信，將進入暫存區，不會遺失)

Our faculty and student email systems will be undergoing security and SSL certificate updates. Service will be suspended during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Time:
June 8, 2026 (Monday)12:00 PM ~ 12:50 PM Update completed at 13:10
(Service will resume depending on the progress of the update; updates will be announced on NCHU website.)
Affected Areas:
Faculty email (@dragon.nchu.edu.tw, @nchu.edu.tw) and student email (@mail.nchu.edu.tw) will experience a temporary suspension of sending and receiving emails (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) and WebMail login services.
In addition, the email archiving system(mailbase) will also be unavailable.
(Emails sent to your inbox during the service downtime will be temporarily stored and will not be lost.)
