| 訊息內容：「Starting Your Own Lab」學術訓練課程，線上工作坊 | Content: The "Starting Your Own Lab" Academic Training Course will be conducted as an online workshop. |

| 旨在協助年輕研究學者籌建獨立實驗室。工作坊以英文進行且採互動式教學，學員須全程參加。訓練對象以成立實驗室5年內之新進實驗室主持人（Junior PIs/Group leaders），或已進入聘任協商階段、即將接任獨立計畫主持人職位者為優先。 | This workshop is designed to help early-career researchers establish and manage their own independent laboratories. The program will be conducted in English and delivered in an interactive format. Participants are required to attend the entire workshop. Priority will be given to newly appointed Principal Investigators (Junior PIs/Group Leaders) who have established their laboratories within the past five years, as well as individuals who are currently in faculty recruitment negotiations and are preparing to assume independent research leadership positions. |
