  1. 申請方式：參獎者(含個人或團體)須將參獎文件郵寄(以郵戳為憑)或親送至臺北市政府研究發展考核委員會辦理報名事宜。

  1. How to apply: Application Method: Participants (individuals or groups) must mail (postmark date as proof) or deliver their application documents in person to the Taipei City Government Research, Development and Evaluation Committee for registration.
