第六屆「國際開發援助現場論壇」
2026 Development Focus Forum
財團法人國際合作發展基金會與國家圖書館訂於115年8月27日（星期四）合作舉辦第六屆「國際開發援助現場論壇」，主題「夥伴共榮三十載：全球開發合作的典範轉移與臺灣實踐」。論壇結合《國際開發援助現場》季刊第24期研究成果，邀請國內外專家學者，針對全球開發合作新趨勢、地緣政治與國際援助體系變遷，以及臺灣如何與理念相近夥伴深化合作等議題，進行專題演講與交流對話。
The Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF), in collaboration with the National Central Library, will host the 6th International Development Assistance Forum on August 27, 2026 (Thursday). The theme of this year's forum is:
"Three Decades of Shared Prosperity with Partners: Paradigm Shifts in Global Development Cooperation and Taiwan's Practice."
Drawing on the research findings published in Issue No. 24 of the International Development Assistance Forum Quarterly, the forum will bring together distinguished scholars and experts from Taiwan and abroad to discuss emerging trends in global development cooperation, geopolitical developments, transformations in the international aid system, and Taiwan's collaboration with like-minded partners. The program will feature keynote presentations and panel discussions that foster dialogue on these important issues.
本論壇敬邀政府相關部會、學研機構、國際發展合作實務工作者及青年學子等各界人士參與；亦歡迎關注全球開發合作、國際援助體系、地緣政治、臺灣援外經驗及國際合作等議題之專業人士與媒體共襄盛舉。
The forum welcomes participation from government agencies, academic and research institutions, development cooperation practitioners, university students, and anyone interested in global development cooperation, international aid, geopolitics, Taiwan's international assistance experience, and international collaboration. Members of the media are also invited to attend.
