獎項名稱：「學術講座」及「吳火獅醫學獎」 "TBF Academic Lecture" and "Wu Ho-Su TBF Medical Award"
校內截止日：
  • 「學術講座」：請填寫校內推薦表(如附件)並完成校內推薦程序後，併同申請文件紙本1份(請勿裝訂)於115年10月2日(五)下午5時前送達研發處學術組，俾利召開評審推薦會議。
  • 「吳火獅醫學獎」：如欲請校長推薦申請，請填寫校內推薦表(如附件)並完成校內推薦程序後，併同申請資料及推薦表等紙本(請勿裝訂)於115年10月16日(五)下午5時前送達研發處學術組彙整，俟簽請校長同意推薦後，辦理函送申請作業。
 Internal Deadline:
  • "TBF Academic Lecture": Please complete the internal recommendation form (see attachment) and follow the internal recommendation process. Submit one hard copy of the application documents (unbound) to the Academic Affairs Section of the Research and Development Office by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 2, 2026, for the review and recommendation meeting.
  • "Wu Ho-Su TBF Medical Award": If a presidential recommendation is required, please complete the Internal Recommendation Form (see attachment) and follow the University's internal recommendation procedure. Please submit the application materials and completed recommendation form (unbound) to the Academic Affairs Section of the Research and Development Office by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2026. Applications will be forwarded after approval by the University President.
