【重要】115學年度新生健檢預約延長至8月20日中午12時，完成到校健檢還可參加抽獎！ [Important] On-Campus Health Examination Reservation Extended to 12:00 Noon, August 20, 2026—with a Lucky Draw!

因應分科測驗後續作業及新生報到時程調整，115學年度新生入學健康檢查預約期限延長，相關時間如下：
Due to adjustments to the admission schedule for newly admitted students through the Advanced Subjects Test placement process,
the reservation period for the 2026–2027 New Student Health Examination has been extended as follows:

一、預約截止時間：延長至115年8月20日（星期四）中午12時止。
1.Reservation deadline: Extended to 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
二、預約結果公告時間：調整至115年8月21日（星期五）中午12時。
2.Reservation results: Rescheduled to be announced at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 21, 2026.

尚未完成預約之新生，請務必於期限內完成預約。逾期未預約者，健檢當日須依現場候補方式排隊，候檢時間將視現場報到情形而定。
Students who have not yet made a reservation must complete it before the deadline. Those who fail to reserve by the deadline
will be required to join the on-site waiting list on the health examination day. Waiting times will depend on the number of
reserved students reporting on-site and cannot be guaranteed.

凡參加本校到校新生健康檢查並完成健檢者，即可參加抽獎，獎項多達300份！預計於115年9月10日抽出得獎名單，
並公告於健康及諮商中心「最新消息」網頁，請同學記得上網查看。
Students who participate in and complete the on-campus New Student Health Examination will be eligible for a lucky draw
featuring up to 300 prizes!
The winners will be drawn on September 10, 2026, and the results will be posted under “Latest News”
on the Health and Counseling Center website. Please remember to check the website after completing
your health examination.
