【重要公告】自115年11月2日起限制校內設備僅允許連線至指定 DNS

親愛的教職員工生您好，
為符合教育部資安稽核要求，於115年11月2 日起，將限制校內設備僅允許連線至指定DNS，詳細說明如下：

• 依據：依「115年資通安全實地稽核項目檢核表(適用公務機關)」7.9查檢項目要求及115年10月20日「資訊安全暨個人資料保護推動委員會」會議決議事項。
• 目的：為強化本校設備網路連線之安全防護，降低校內設備透過未受控DNS伺服器連線至惡意網站之風險。
• 影響：自115年11月2日 起限制校內設備僅允許連線至指定 DNS，僅開放以下 DNS 連線清單，如果不是設定以下DNS，將無法對外連線。

Dear Faculty, Staff , and Students：
In Compliance with the Ministry of Education's cybersecurity audit requirements, starting November 2, 2026, network access for campus devices will be restricted to authorized DNS servers only.
Details are as follows：

• Basis: In accordance with Section 7.9 of the "2026 On-Site Audit Checklist for Cyber Security (Applicable to Government Agencies)" and the resolutions passed during the "Information Security and Personal Data Protection Promotion Committee" meeting on October 20, 2026.
• Purpose: To enhance network security for campus devices and reduce the risk of internal devices connecting to malicious websites via unmanaged DNS servers.
• Impact: Starting November 2, 2026, campus devices will be restricted to connecting only to the approved DNS list below. If a campus device is not configured with one of these DNS servers, it will be unable to access external network connections.

1. University DNS: 140.120.1.2, 140.120.1.21 (Recommended as primary choice)
2. Other Reputable Public DNS:
   (1) Ministry of Education DNS: 140.111.233.5, 163.28.6.1
   (2) Chunghwa Telecom DNS: 168.95.1.1, 168.95.192.1
   (3) Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
   (4) Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1
