“Protecting the Youth Human Rights – Yes, You can”
2008 International Seminar on the Human Rights Education of the Youth
Organizer:
UN NGO Association of World Citizens
UN NGO Association of World Citizens Taiwan
Participants: Students and Young Professionals at the age of 18 to 26
Subject: The purpose of the conference is to encourage the youth to attend the discussion on international and local issues on human rights, and provide them the opportunity to participate in UN affair operations. It is expected to train the young leaders for the future, and guide them the right direction to face challenges ahead. In this way, we hope to help equip the youth learn to associate and network with international communities in order to become a good and active world citizen of the global village.
Date: December 7, 2008 (Sunday)
Time: 10am – 12am (Admission at 9:30am)
Location: The International Conference Hall, 10th Floor, Taipei Public Library (No.125, Sec.2, Jian-quo S. Road, Taipei City, Taiwan)
