講者簡介：

Dr Shane 是英國倫敦大學生化博士。目前是美國 University of California at Berkeley的教授。曾經擔任 UC Berkeley Nutritional Sciences & Toxicology 的 Chairman， 也是  Berkeley interdisciplinary program of Biochemistry 的 professor及Professor and Nutritionist in the Agricultural Experiment Station。Dr Shane 過去曾任教於 Johns Hopkins University, 也是Food and Nutrition board 的member 之一。Dr. Shane 在營養界享盛名，在folate metabolism 堪稱是大師級的學者。 http://nst.berkeley.edu/faculty/shane.html
