PLACE	Men's Dormitory and Library.
Explanation	Due to the high voltage cable undergrounding project at the Men's Dormitory Substation, please turn off air conditioning and all electrical equipment (including the telephone switchboard) during the power outage to ensure safety when power is restored. Any changes due to weather or other factors will be notified separately. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
