PLACE	Men's Dormitory and Library.
Explanation	Due to rain, the planned power outage for the Men’s Dormitory Substation Cable Project is rescheduled from August 3 to August 10, 2025. Please turn off all electrical equipment, including AC units and phone systems, during the outage to ensure safety. If postponed again, a new date will be announced. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
