The fourth commencement ceremony of the Top Leader Post EMBA Program at the NCHU Top Elite School was held on September 20–21 in a groundbreaking format: Taiwan’s very first “Moving Graduation Ceremony” aboard the Taiwan Railways’ premier luxury tourist train, The Moving Kitchen. This one-of-a-kind event combined railway culture, gourmet cuisine, and regional experiences, fully demonstrating the century-old university’s innovative energy and outstanding achievements in executive education.

This year, 32 participants successfully completed the program. The graduates come from diverse industries including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and technology—embodying NCHU’s hallmark of interdisciplinary educational integration.

NCHU President Fuh-Jyh Jan remarked that the innovative collaboration with Lion Travel perfectly reflects the university’s educational philosophy: “Learning is life, and action is education.” The curriculum is structured around three core themes—Transformation and Upgrading, Sustainable Management, and Seizing Opportunities. By integrating academic theory with practical experience, the program is committed to cultivating corporate leaders with global vision for Taiwan’s industries.

Dean Ching-Wen Wang of the NCHU Top Elite School emphasized that since its establishment, the Top Leader Post EMBA Program has been dedicated to nurturing industrial leaders with foresight and a strong sense of social responsibility. The innovative design of this moving graduation ceremony is the best demonstration of the School’s continuous breakthroughs in executive management education.

Executive Director Chin-Shien Lin added that the successful execution of this mobile commencement not only sets a new paradigm for innovative continuing education but also highlights the School’s commitment to creating distinctive learning experiences. Looking ahead, the School will continue to strengthen close collaborations with industry, explore new teaching models, and cultivate more outstanding leaders to contribute to Taiwan’s economic development.
