- For those who have registrated: Plase bring your NCHU ID card/student ID to receive a lottery ticket. 
- Int’l Parade participants are the default audience —  no extra registration needed.
- Non-NCHU faculty, staff, and visitors are welcome to join; however, lottery ticket and lunch boxes will not be provided.
