Professor Jacquelyn Gervay-Hague (UC Davis)
Professor Gervay-Hague leads the California Tea Project, focusing on tea plant propagation and sustainable methods to produce high-quality American-grown tea. Her research bridges tea science, agriculture, and industry innovation.
