In addition to the official establishment of the medical school in 2022, the university also established a branch in Nantou and founded the Academy of Circular Economy that makes us envision a net-zero environment in the future; meanwhile, by laying a solid foundation for Taiwan's circular economy industry, we hope to attract more students to study at NCHU. It is hoped that the signing of the f MOU will deepen further academic exchanges and cooperation with VNUHCM-University of Science and open up more opportunities for potential collaboration.
President of VNUHCM-University of Science, Dr. Tran Le Quan stated that this special occasion reaffirmed the long-term cooperative relationship, which has been built on the commitment to fruitful collaboration and exchange opportunities for faculty members and students.
“People-centered, Bilateral Exchange, Resources Sharing” is the goal of The New Southbound Talent Development Program. On the basis of the MOU, NCHU will strive to better the partnership between Taiwan and Vietnam in the higher education domain.
