I’m looking for a conscientious English teacher (Taiwanese nationality) with an incredible aptitude for work and for learning to join my team of educators. Here’s what’s in it for you.

• NT$ 35,000 per month (beginning salary).

• NT$ 25,000 End-of-the-Semester bonus (twice a year).

• Performance bonus at the end of the year.

• Automatic 5% salary raise after one year as a Teacher.

• Other raises in salary, and increases in responsibility, as you grow through the different Teacher’s Levels. (More about this later.)

The position will grow with you, according to your abilities and performance. I’m looking for an A-team player who is always hungry for more, and able to handle it. With my team, we’re creating a system that will allow the Big Brother Bear teachers to progress and advance through different Teacher’s Levels until we can open a new school together. Our goal: to help great teachers become school owners so they can make all the decisions necessary to offer the best English education possible to their students (unlike many institutions that are more businesses than schools).
