【徵才Recruitment】徵總務處工讀生2名Recruiting 2 part-time student

工作地點:中興大學行政大樓三樓總務處。

工作內容:電腦文書處理、電話接聽轉接、公文傳遞、環境清潔維護、主管臨時交辦事項。

工作時間:星期一~五,早班-上午(8:30~12:00);午班-下午(13:30~17:00)。需配合排班。

工作需求:

1.限本校生,熟悉電腦作業系統及文書處理。

2.熱心積極、細心負責、配合度高可長期工讀者。

3.寒暑假期間正常上班(不含六日) 。

工作待遇:生活助學金一個月30小時6000元,每月超出生活學習之工作時數或年度生活學習金用罄改以標準時薪支付。

備註事項:

1.為配合上班時段,本校低年級進修部學生優先考量。

Work location: third floor, Administration Building, National Chung Hsing University.

Job content: computer document processing, telephone answering and transfer, official document delivery, environmental cleaning and maintenance, and matters temporarily assigned by supervisor.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, morning shift - morning (8:30~12:00); afternoon shift - afternoon (13:30~17:00). Need to cooperate with the scheduling.

Job requirements:

1. Applicants must be students of this university and be familiar with computer operating systems and word processing.

2. Enthusiastic, responsible, cooperative and able to work as a long-term reader.

3. Work normally during winter and summer vacations (excluding weekends).

Working remuneration: Living allowance is 6,000 yuan for 30 hours a month, and the excess hours will be paid according to the basic hourly wage of the Ministry of Labor.
