  1. How to apply: Interested applicants can download the solicitation form from (https://srfs.moenv.gov.tw/web/index.aspx). After reading the relevant regulations and application procedures in detail, please prepare it before 5:00 pm on October 7, 2020. Electronic official documents and concept papers are sent to the Environmental Management Agency of the Ministry of Environment.
