國立中興大學材料科學與工程學系誠徵專任教師

一、職    位：專任助理教授(含)以上及競爭型員額若干名(起聘日期：2027年8月1日)。
二、資    格：

1. 具博士學位，可教授材料相關領域之課程，且具備英語授課能力，可於每學年至少開設一門英語授課課程。
2. 競爭型員額需可教授材料相關領域之課程，且在學術上有傑出成就者，如曾獲科技部傑出獎、特約研究人員獎、教育部學術獎、國家講座、傑出人才發展基金會傑出人才講座、吳大猷獎、愛因斯坦培植計畫、哥倫布計畫、中央研究院年輕學者研究著作獎、及國內外其他公認學術成就卓著獎項等補助獎勵者。

8. 重要著作影本，並請選定起聘日起前五年重要著作一篇為代表作。

The Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Chung Hsing University is looking for full-time teachers
 
1. Position: Full-time Assistant Professor (or above) and several competitive faculty positions (appointment date: August 1, 2027).
2. Qualifications:

1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and be capable of teaching materials science and engineering-related courses, possess the ability to teach in English, and offer at least one English-taught course per academic year.
2. For competitive faculty positions: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and be capable of teaching materials science and engineering-related courses, possess outstanding academic achievements, such as receiving the NSTC/MOST Outstanding Research Award, Research Fellow Award, MOE Academic Award, National Professorship, Foundation for the Advancement of Outstanding Scholarship, Ta-You Wu Memorial Award, Einstein Program, Columbus Program, Academia Sinica Early-Career Investigator Research Achievement Award, or other recognized domestic/international grants and awards for academic excellence.

Patents, conference papers, and non-SCI papers must not be included).
8. Copies of significant publications. Please designate one major publication published within the five years prior to the starting date as your representative work.
9. Two letters of recommendation (for Assistant Professor applicants) and a copy of the teacher certificate (for those who have already obtained teaching qualifications). The recommender must submit a pdf file of the recommendation letter by e-mail to phoebe3689@dragon.nchu.edu.tw.
10. A copy of ID card or passport.
