As a result, due to the increase in various research and education funds, the types and quantities of various instruments, materials, and periodicals have also increased. In addition to the increasing volume of procurement operations, and in order to specialize and legalize procurement matters, the procurement business under the 'Division of Business Engagement ' are established independently from 2017 to establish the ' Division of Procurement '.

The procurement group is responsible for the property and labor procurement business of all units in the school district, including procurement bidding operations, settlement of exchange, tariff free imports, scientific research procurement document review, inter-entity supply contract and priority procurement.
